1. Data controller
The data controller is Lucie Spirovová, operator of rise-again.net (referred to as “I” or “the controller”). For privacy enquiries, please use the Contact.
2. Data I process
Messages submitted through this form are sent to info@rise-again.net by email and are not saved in the website database. The hosting and email providers process the message to deliver it. When you use the contact form, I process the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number and message. If you become a client, I may also process information needed to provide coaching, such as scheduled sessions.
3. Why I process data
I use your data to answer enquiries, arrange and provide coaching, and fulfil related legal obligations such as accounting. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps before entering a contract, or my legitimate interest in communicating with you.
4. How long I keep data
I keep contact form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, up to 24 months after our last contact. If we work together longer-term, I keep relevant data during that relationship and for any further period required by law, such as accounting and tax rules.
5. Who can access data
I do not share your data with third parties for marketing. Technical service providers used to operate this website, such as hosting and email providers, may access data only as needed to provide those services.
6. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. I do not use third-party marketing or analytics cookies.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict processing, request data portability and object to processing. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz). To exercise your rights, please use the Contact.

I may update this policy when legislation or my services change. The current version is always available on this page.
